What to Expect


Equine Fine Art sessions are such a fun way to create personalized artwork of your beautiful horse. for these sessions, a well lit area with a dark background (ideally a barn aisle or indoor arena entrance) is all we need! Making sure your horse is show groomed ready is a must for the best results. Braiding is optional, but certainly adds a lot of elegance to your horses portrait. You will be sent a preparation checklist upon booking to make sure you are prepared for your shoot!

For all packages, a non-refundable 20% retainer is due upon booking; the remainder is due before your selected session date.

Locations further than 50 round-trip miles from Bellevue, WA are subject to a small travel fee of $0.50/mile. This fee may be split among multiple bookings at 1 location.

FAQ

What should I do to prepare for my black background session?

The two most important things you need to do to prepare for your equine black background portrait session is to 1. have a clean, groomed, and happy horse. 2. Is to have a swept barn aisle or area with good natural light and a dark background behind it.

If you are going to use any tack such as bridle or halter, make sure it is nice and clean for the best polished outcome.

When will I receive my photos?

You can expect to receive your edited photos within 2 to 4 weeks after your session. I will provide you with a link to your private gallery where you can view, download and order prints of your images.

How do I pay for my session?

I take multiple forms of payment including cash, credit/debit, Venmo, and Zelle. Once you are confirmed for your session I will send a contract and invoice for you to complete with your preferred payment method.

CAN I POST ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
